Shipping policy

Shipping Address

We currently only provide shipping within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak).

We will ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipping address during your purchase. Please ensure that correct address and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We shall not be liable to any losses or damages in the event of an incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number is provided. Please note that, the shipment delivery lead time will start on the next working day after your purchase.

Self Pick-up

We do not provide self pick-up services.  

Shipping Time

All orders are delivered through our designated courier service providers.

Mobile Cable Store will use its reasonable endeavors to ship out your order within the stated time frame, however Mobile Cable Store may not be able to ensure that these time frames will always be met, as many factors may affect the delivery schedule.

For Peninsular Malaysia

It usually takes between 2-5 working days* (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays only.

For East Malaysia

It usually takes between 4-7 working days* (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays only.

  • Subject to limitation of courier service. In the event of holiday or sale event or natural disaster, the delivery might be delayed.
  • Kindly be informed that due to festive season (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year & Hari Raya), online orders received are not guaranteed to arrive on time. The delay may be due to cut off date set by our third party courier service provider or overcapacity. 
  • Mobile Cable Store does not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays caused by our third party delivery courier service providers. 

Tracking Number

Once we processed the order, you will receive a tracking number with the related link for you to track your shipment.

The courier company may take up to 48 hours to update the tracking number into the tracking system. Please contact us again if you are still unable to track your order.

Risk of Loss

Every parcel delivered held a risk of being misplaced or damaged. 

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, it is advisable to check with your neighbours and family members to confirm if they have receive the item on behalf. Risk of loss will be passed to customer once the package has been delivered.

Others

Mobile Cable Store reserves its right to change, modify, review or delete any of terms of the Shipping Policy from time to time at its discretion.

Mobile Cable Store reserves its right to change the courier service that are selected by customer due to limitation of the selected courier service. Customer will be notified of the change of courier service by phone call, SMS or by email.
