MCS Rewards Program is our way of giving back to you, our valued customers, for choosing Mobile Cable Store for all your mobile cable and accessory needs. It's a token of our gratitude for your continued trust and support.
Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing your participation in our rewards program. By enrolling in and participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- The MCS Rewards Program ("Program") is offered by Excel Top Solutions & Services ("Company") to reward active customers for their purchases and engagement.
- Participation in the Program is voluntary and open to all customers of Mobile Cable Store who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
- To be eligible for the Program, you must be registered account member of Mobile Cable Store.
- You must have a valid mobile phone number and email address to enroll in the Program.
- You can enroll in the Program by visiting our website at mobilecablestore.com via desktop or mobile.
- By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive promotional communications via emails related to the Program.
- The number of rewards earned per purchase and the rewards structure may be subject to change at the discretion of the Company. Points can be earned from the Program at Mobile Cable Store by a series of actions.
- With Effective 01-Nov-2023, members are eligible to the below rewards structure:
- Making eligible purchases at Mobile Cable Store (5 Points for Every RM1.00 Spent);
- Signing up as an account member (200 Points);
- Subscribing to the newsletter (100 Points);
- Sharing Mobile Cable Store on social media, such as Facebook (100 Points) and Instagram (100 Points);
- Referring Mobile Cable Store to another friend (250 Points);
- Eligible purchases may include the purchase of any of the all products as listed in Mobile Cable Store, unless there is an exclusive and separate terms and conditions being outlined and specified by the Company for a specific product.
- Rewards are not transferable, have no cash value, and can only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Earned points or rewards must be redeemed within the validity period of twelve (12) months, after which they will expire. Example, Customer A earned points on December 4, 2022, thus Customer A's points expire on December 4, 2023. It is therefore your full responsibility to ensure your earned points or rewards are redeemed on a timely manner.
- Rewards can be redeemed for discounts or products at Mobile Cable Store, as specified by the Company.
- The redemption value and options may be subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
- With Effective 01-Nov-2023, members are eligible to the below redemption structure:
- 500 Points for RM5.00 Off Coupon (Applicable for a minimum order of RM25.00);
- 1,000 Points for RM10.00 Off Coupon (Applicable for a minimum order of RM50.00);
- 1,500 Points for RM15.00 Off Coupon (Applicable for a minimum order of RM75.00);
- 2,000 Points for RM20.00 Off Coupon (Applicable for a minimum order of RM100.00).
- Only one redeemed discount coupon can be used per order.
- Redeemed discount coupons or codes must be used within the validity period of twelve (12) months, after which they will expire. Example, Customer B redeemed discount coupon or code on March 7, 2023, thus Customer B's points expire on March 7, 2024. It is therefore your full responsibility to ensure your redeemed discount coupons or codes are used on a timely manner.
Termination and Modification:
- The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program, rewards, and these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
- In the event of Program termination, all unused rewards will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability:
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the participation in or use of the Program, rewards, or any related products or services.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Mobile Cable Store’s Terms Of Service.
