Refund policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We shall process your refund within seven (7) working days upon receiving your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
We provide a limited warranty for all the products it sells online at Mobile Cable Store. This warranty is valid for a specified period of 3-months from the date of purchase, as outlined in the product-specific warranty specifications of each product.
During the warranty period, we warrant that the item will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or unauthorized repair.

Upon receiving the defective item, our technical team will evaluate it to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If the defect is covered, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item. The replacement item may be new or refurbished.
We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer within the warranty period. However, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item to Mobile Cable Store.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item as determined by Mobile Cable Store. The warranty does not cover:
a. Damages or defects resulting from normal wear and tear.
b. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sources.
c. Products with removed or altered serial numbers or labels.
d. Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of use, or any associated costs.
The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Products and supersedes any other warranties, whether express or implied. Mobile Cable Store disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Mobile Cable Store reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
